Our annual service agreements are divided into two options, Basic Service and Premium Service, both outlined below.
Regularly scheduled visits for Basic Service will include the following:
-Mowing grass as often as necessary to maintain an attractive appearance (at a height of 3" to 3.5" or as approved)
-Timming around obstacles as needed after each mowing.
-Blower cleaning of all grass clippings from plant beds and driveways.
-Removal of all trash and debris from plant beds and lawn area.
-Visiting of property during non-mowing months to ensure a neat appearance.
Premium Service additionally includes:
-Treatment of all plant beds and sidewalks with a contract herbicide as needed to control weeds.
-Spring treatment of lawns and plant beds with pre-emergent herbicide to prevent weeds.
-Spring trimming of Crepe Myrtles and Monkey Grass.
-Fall areation, fertilizer, lime, and over-seeding.
